Our commitment to superior service continues well after the placement is made.  We make certain the candidate of your choice is fully aware of salary, commencement date and expectations relating to the new position.  We will continue to monitor the candidate's performance over the following months to ensure your total satisfaction.

Our 'perfect person' guarantee

In the unlikely event that you are not totally satisfied with the services offered by Alexander Grey, we will refund 100% of the fee paid, alternatively we will re-recruit the position free of charge.

For our 'Perfect Person' Guarantee to apply, the fee needs to have been paid in accordance with our terms of business and the refund requested within 60 days of placement.
